Enterprise features unlocked for everyone: 6 more languages and department hierarchies
Capabilities previously reserved for enterprise customers now come to every user — six additional app languages and nested department hierarchies. Plus AI-suggested risk ratings from incident photos and a major security and speed upgrade.
This release takes what we built for our largest enterprise clients and unlocks it for every QuickInspect team: six additional app languages, department hierarchies, AI-assisted incident investigations, and enterprise-grade sign-in — all on the security and speed our biggest deployments run on.
Speak your language — now for everyone
Until now, six of our languages were reserved for enterprise customers. Starting with this release, every user gets them: French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and Polish join the English and German everyone already had. The whole app switches with your device or in-app language setting, and anything not yet translated falls back to English rather than leaving gaps — so mixed-language crews can finally work in one tool, each in their own language.
Model your organization — now for everyone
Department hierarchies — battle-tested with our enterprise customers — arrive for all teams: nest departments under parent departments and manage the whole structure in a clear, collapsible tree. Reorganizing is safe by design — the app prevents circular structures and keeps responsible persons intact when you move a department.
Smarter incident investigations — now for everyone
Enterprise investigation teams have had this in their toolkit — now every user does. Attach photos to an incident and let AI help: pictures feed the 5-Why investigation, and the same image analysis that keeps ratings consistent across large deployments can suggest a risk rating directly in the form. You always review and stay in control.
Enterprise onboarding, for every account
The streamlined sign-in flow from our enterprise rollouts now covers everyone: signing in with Apple or Google shows no password prompts for accounts that never had one, returning users land in the right place, and two-factor setup and recovery codes are polished for everyday use.
The enterprise baseline, now everyone's
The platform that carries our largest deployments — organizations with tens of thousands of users — is now the baseline for every workspace: stronger data isolation between companies, tightened access on files and support conversations, and much faster user search in pickers and admin consoles. Day to day you'll simply notice things stay fast — however big your company grows.
And a wave of reliability fixes
Saving or annotating incident photos no longer risks losing images, PDF/Excel/calendar exports finish even if one image is broken, and billing, invitations, and department management all got stability fixes.
