The worker-role user picker no longer offers people outside your area

Worker lists now respect your access scope

If your access is limited to a department or contractor, the worker lists in risk assessments and hazardous materials now show only your part of the organisation - and the team list is grouped by department structure.

Risk assessment and hazardous material worker lists now show only people in your department or contractor scope
Training can no longer be assigned to workers outside your area
Hazardous materials linked to a risk assessment follow the same visibility rule as the hazardous materials list
Enterprise: the team list under Subscription and Billing is grouped by department, loading members only for the units you open

Create a project without a photo

Creating a project silently required an image, with nothing on screen to say so. That is fixed, along with the Legal Register in six more languages and a round of corrections across the app.

Creating a project no longer requires a photo — the field was never marked as required, so the form simply would not submit
Legal Register now available in French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish
Building your register with AI now shows what it is working on instead of a plain spinner
AI usage figures now include the model's reasoning, so the number you see is accurate
Reports are visible to the right people again, and several buttons that did nothing now work
