Know which laws apply to you — and prove you meet them

A legal register that tracks the norms your company is subject to, built for you by AI from a short questionnaire, and linked to the work that satisfies each one.

Every company is subject to a set of laws, ordinances and technical rules — and in an audit you are asked two questions about each one: does it apply to us, and can you show that you meet it. QuickInspect now answers both in one place.

A register of what applies to you

The Legal Register holds the norms your company is subject to. For each one you record whether it is applicable, whether you currently comply, who is responsible, and when it needs reviewing again. Entries carry the norm number, type and jurisdiction, and link to the official source text.

The second question — can you show it — is answered by linking. A norm connects to the risk assessments, permits, hazardous materials and trainings that satisfy it, and those records show their applicable norms in return. Open a permit and see which rules govern it; open a rule and see the work that meets it.

Let AI build the first draft

Starting a register from a blank page is the reason most companies never start one. Answer a short questionnaire instead — your country, industry sector, company size, the activities you carry out and the hazards present — and QuickInspect proposes the norms that apply to a company like yours.

Review the list, tick the ones you want, and they become real entries. Suggestions are checked against what your register already holds, so a second run proposes what is missing rather than what you have.

Where a reliable link to the official text exists, the suggestion includes it. Where one does not, it says nothing rather than guessing — a wrong link to a legal text is worse than no link at all.

Nothing is generated behind your back: if you have not filled in the questionnaire, QuickInspect asks you to first, then offers to generate. And when you later change your business details, a reminder appears that your register may be worth refreshing.

When the law changes

Switch on monitoring for any norm and a monthly check watches for changes to the underlying rule, flagging the entry when something moves. Compliance work is rarely wrong on the day it is done — it goes stale.

For larger organisations

On Enterprise plans, a norm can be bound to a department or a project, so a unit sees the obligations that concern it rather than the whole group's. Managers keep the complete picture, because legal obligations apply company-wide and the person accountable for compliance needs to see all of them.
