Illustrate training slides with AI

A training module only works if someone actually reads it. 1.19.0 is about the things that decide whether they do: pictures that fit the topic, narration that is heard to the end, and questions drawn from your own work. Plus a rule you set yourself for when an incident may be called closed.

No stock photo hunting and no licensing questions. Write what the picture should show and QuickInspect illustrates the slide.

A few words are enough. Your description is worked up into a full scene using the slide's own title and text, so "scaffolding" on a working-at-height slide gives you a scaffold with guardrails — not a generic hard hat. Choose illustration, diagram or realistic, and a shape that fits your layout.

See the picture full size. The editor preview is a cropped strip. Tap any slide image to open it full size and zoom in, so you can check the framing and the detail before you keep it. Replacing an image tidies the old one away for you.

You always know what it costs. Images draw on the same company AI budget as everything else, and they are not cheap compared to text. The dialog says so before you spend, and usage is counted centrally — so one enthusiastic afternoon cannot quietly use up the month for everybody else.

Narration and questions

A narrated slide waits for the learner. Where a slide has spoken narration, the learner stays on it until the audio has finished, so a safety point cannot be half-heard and skipped. Generating narration for a whole module now produces every file it was asked for, and tells you plainly when a language cannot be produced.

Questions from your own records. Asking AI for a single assessment question now lets you point it at real records from your company, so what you test reflects the work your people actually do rather than a textbook.

Decide what "closed" means

Company settings now carry an incident closure policy. Require that a corrective action exists, and that follow-up training has been assigned or actually completed, before an incident may be closed — with exceptions per classification where a category deserves its own bar. The rule is applied on our servers, so it holds however the incident is closed.

Inspection reports in your reader's language. Inspection report PDFs can now be translated on export, the same way incident reports already could — useful when the crew, the client and the authority do not share a language.

• Archived trainings no longer count as outstanding requirements anywhere.
• The fit-for-work card names the training behind a "Fit with conditions" result.
• Dashboard figures no longer count archived records.
• Remove a training assignment directly from a worker's page.
• Actions at the bottom of a sheet stay reachable on small screens.
• Incident classification titles appear in your language.
• Faster loading on Legal Register detail and settings screens.
