Assign and track training
Assign trainings to workers and roles, then track completions, expiry dates and renewals automatically. A scheduled digest keeps everyone ahead of expiring certificates instead of chasing them after the fact.
Learning that sticks
A built-in player delivers quizzes, assessments and microlearning with retry-policy enforcement and gamification, so training is something workers actually finish. Exam pass thresholds are enforced server-side.
Site inductions, done properly
Run site inductions with a signed acknowledgment step and a full re-induction audit trail — so you always know who was inducted, to which version of the site conditions, and when.
Prove competency
A competency matrix ties trainings to roles and gates fit-for-work status, and dedicated reports (Matrix, ISO 45001, Excel) make audits straightforward. AI certificate verification speeds up onboarding evidence.
