Our biggest quality release ever
We went through the entire app the way your teams use it every day — every role, every screen, every workflow — and improved more than 170 things, big and small.
Some releases add a module. This one makes everything you already use dependable. We went through the entire app the way your teams use it every day — every role, every screen, every workflow — and improved more than 170 things, from tiny annoyances to important bugs.
The app never fails silently
The theme of 1.16 is trust. If something cannot be saved — a form, a reading, an answer — you see it immediately, everywhere in the app. No more forms that looked saved but were not: actions, inspections, permits, zones and pre-check readings all confirm honestly, and what's on screen always matches what's stored. Accidentally double-tapping a save can no longer create duplicates.
Compliance scores that tell the truth
Yes/no inspection questions now have explicit answer states, so an unanswered question is no longer indistinguishable from an answered "No". Your compliance score reflects what was actually answered — a fresh inspection starts neutral, not at a green 100%. Answers save the moment you tap them, resuming lands on the question you left, and the PDF report distinguishes Unanswered from No and N/A.
Permits for the whole team
Every team member can now draft a permit and run pre-checks — requesting is everyone's job, while approval stays exactly where it was. Filters and issuance summaries show proper names instead of internal identifiers, the extend dialog explains itself, AI-generated drafts survive a page reload, and the compliance matrix now counts permits located in nested zones.
A complete action lifecycle
Closed actions can be reopened with a documented reason that lands in the record's history. People assigned to an action can complete it themselves. Overdue actions are clearly marked in every list, search finds what you type, and saving from a link no longer drops you on the Home screen.
Incidents: the people, not just the event
Incidents can now record who was actually involved or injured — name, role and injury status — including subcontractors and visitors who don't have an app account. Reporters keep access to their own reports after submitting, and deleting an incident no longer leaves its corrective actions orphaned.
Growing your team just got simpler
Invite people directly from the user list, see everyone's role at a glance, and — on the web — handle plan upgrades right inside the app, with live prices and secure checkout. Company plans stay with the owner, so nobody buys a seat by accident.
And throughout the app
Training sessions resume exactly where you left them, even mid-exam, and typed course content is never lost. The project switcher is easier to find, screens are clearer on phones, screen-reader support improved across the board, and dozens of smaller refinements landed in every module.
