Two new modules move you a big step closer to ISO 45001 certification — and the AI now works from your real documents, not just their titles.
Your documents, under control
The new Documents module manages your HSE policies, procedures, work instructions and forms the way ISO 45001 §7.5 expects: a clear lifecycle from draft through review to approved (and obsolete when superseded), a complete version history, and per-version read confirmations — publish a new version and everyone's confirmation resets automatically, so you always know who has read what's current. Organize with categories, document numbers and custom tags; review intervals remind you before documents go stale.
Measurable safety objectives
The new OH&S Objectives module (ISO 45001 §6.2) tracks your safety targets from baseline to goal — and objectives can link directly to your live LTIR/TRIR rates, so progress updates itself from your real incident data. Linked targets appear as a dashed line on the incident-rates graph, keeping the goal visible right where you watch the trend.
AI that reads your procedures
Creating a training? You can now select approved controlled documents as context alongside hazmats, risk assessments and incidents — and the AI reads the actual document content, so generated slides and quiz questions reflect your procedures instead of generic best practice. The AI support chat also knows your document library and points you to the right document by name. And training content now renders rich formatting properly throughout.
One-tap narration for whole trainings
Instead of generating text-to-speech slide by slide, a new "Generate all narrations" action creates audio for every slide that doesn't have it yet — in the language you're editing, with clear progress.
A clearer incident-rates dashboard
LTIR and TRIR now live in one rates graph, with your objective targets drawn in. The calculation and axis honor your company's rate basis, which now defaults to 1,000,000 worked hours (the European LTIFR convention — a 200,000-hour OSHA basis remains available in Regulatory Frameworks settings). Hover values are neatly rounded.
Storage you can see
Admins can now see company storage usage at a glance on Subscription & Billing, with fair-use quotas per plan and a per-document file-size limit — so document libraries stay fast and predictable.
Also improved
- Invitations got a full tune-up: links work reliably again, invites are valid for 14 days, resending re-arms the reminder, and email buttons take invitees to the right place.
- The AI support chat no longer shows a premature "timed out" note, and old chat sessions can be deleted again.
- Fixes for individual and free accounts, the catalogue category filter, permit KPI tiles, and German labels on the permit dashboard filters — plus performance improvements across pickers and forms.
