QuickInspect runs on iOS (iPhone and iPad), Android and in the browser. The mobile apps keep working offline and sync across your devices once you reconnect. YachtInspect, our marine survey product, is a separate app on the same platforms.
Existing material can be reused instead of retyped: the AI builds inspection questions from an uploaded document, turns a PDF into a training module, and reads safety data sheets and training certificates. Worked hours can be imported from Excel. For larger migrations, contact our support team and we will look at your data with you.
In the mobile apps, records you have already opened stay available offline, and everything you change is saved on your device and syncs automatically when you reconnect. Photos taken offline stay on the device until they upload. Generating PDF reports, AI features and content you haven't opened yet need a connection.
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption for all data, both in transit and at rest. We're GDPR compliant with EU data residency options. Your inspection data is yours alone.
