Our Story

QuickInspect started with a frustration every safety professional knows: spending more time on paperwork than on actual inspections. Manual report writing with Word templates, copying findings by hand, and reformatting photos took hours that should have been spent identifying risks.

We built QuickInspect to fix that. A mobile-first inspection app with a WYSIWYG report editor that lets you build reports on-site, embed photos inline, and use AI to handle the repetitive documentation work. Then we extended the same technology for marine surveyors with YachtInspect.

QuickInspect has grown into a closed-loop HSE system. Inspections feed findings into actions and incidents. Incident root-cause analysis surfaces training gaps that auto-generate recommendations. Workers complete the recommended training, the system auto-closes the recommendation, and the audit trail proves it — without anyone copying data between tools. Hazardous materials, risk assessments, and training are all linked through the same activities catalogue, so a substance change ripples to risk reviews and a competency gap ripples to training needs.

Both apps share a powerful platform: real-time cloud sync, offline capability, AI-powered assistance, team collaboration, and professional PDF export. Our goal is simple — let professionals focus on safety work, not paperwork.
