MinorQuickInspectv1.9.0

Faster everywhere & fully localized PDF reports

A big app-wide speed pass, EN/DE reporting PDFs, and AI on your incidents — our largest release since launch.

This is our biggest QuickInspect release yet — 96 improvements rolled into one update — and the first store build in a while. Two themes stand out: speed and localized reporting.

Faster, everywhere

We went through the whole app looking for anything that made you wait:

  • Quicker startup. The boot path now defers non-essential work and trims network timeouts, so the app is usable sooner.
  • Lighter data loading. Findings, assets, assignees and comments now use efficient one-shot reads with caching instead of always-on live listeners — less spinning, less battery, less data.
  • Smoother lists and images. Bottom navigation builds once, images decode within sensible bounds and cache to disk, and home, KPI, profile and upload screens reuse cached data.

Reporting PDFs in English and German

Every generated report — incident, inspection, safety-observation and photo reports — is now fully localized, with correct document metadata on all generators. Pick your language and the whole document follows.

AI on your incidents

Incident details gain an Analyze with AI button, so you can turn a report and its photo into structured insight in a tap. It appears only when an image is linked, and is hidden for read-only incidents.

A clearer risk assessment

The 5×5 risk matrix is much easier to read: visible axes, a legend, and a plain-language readout of the selected cell. Countermeasures get their own detail sheets, and the rating steps now show helpful banners. Standalone users (without a company) are handled safely throughout.

And a lot more

Permit activation now waits on unreviewed red on-site observations, products get an interactive marker map, the Lists hub gains a Permits tile and product search, and billing past-due grace is unified to 60 days.

Thanks for using QuickInspect — this one makes everything you already do faster.
