Overview
QuickInspect and YachtInspect are professional mobile inspection apps built on the same codebase. QuickInspect is designed for HSE inspections, workplace safety, and environmental compliance. YachtInspect is designed for marine surveys and vessel inspections. Both are available on iOS and Android, powered by a Flutter app with a Firebase backend.

Navigation
The app uses a bottom tab bar with five tabs:
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Home | Dashboard with your projects and recent reports |
| Findings | Browse and create findings for the current project |
| Reports | List of generated reports |
| Lists | Checklists and product data |
| Profile | User settings and account management |
Profile Page
The Profile tab gives you access to all account and app settings. The menu items, in order, are:
- Change Project -- Switch between your projects
- Edit Profile -- Update your name and profile details
- Change Password
- Two-Factor Authentication -- Enable or disable 2FA
- Biometric Login -- Use fingerprint or Face ID to log in
- Notifications -- Configure push notification preferences
- Language -- Switch between English and German
- Reset Walkthroughs -- Re-enable the introductory walkthrough screens
- Dark Mode -- Toggle dark mode on or off
- Documentation -- Open the documentation hub
- Log Out
- Delete Account
Tip
If you are new to the app, the walkthrough screens guide you through the main features on first use. You can re-enable them at any time via Reset Walkthroughs in the Profile menu.
User Roles
There are four user roles, each with increasing capabilities:
Free
Basic access at no cost. Suitable for team members who need to participate in projects without managing them.
Standard -- 40 EUR/month
Full feature access including AI-powered tools and advanced reporting capabilities.
Key User -- 50 EUR/month
Everything in Standard, plus the ability to generate teams, invite users, and manage collaboration.
Admin
Full control over the company account, including user management, company branding, AI configuration, and all administrative settings.
Note
Pricing is per user per month. Company accounts have seat limits managed by the KeyUser.
