Report Designer -- Build and customize inspection reports using the drag-and-drop WYSIWYG editor with 18 element types, real-time preview, and full layout control. YachtInspect only
AI Tools -- Use the AI Chat Panel in the Report Designer to analyze images, findings data, and PDFs, with speech-to-text input and company-specific AI instructions. YachtInspect only
PDF Generation -- Configure page format, styling, and branding, then export your reports as PDF, Photo Report, Final Report, or Excel. YachtInspect only
Photo Documentation -- Attach photos to findings (called actions in QuickInspect), browse the photo gallery, view image details and manage image compression settings; in YachtInspect, also generate photo reports.

Management Features

Templates -- Use the Template Picker to browse system and company templates, create your own report templates, and manage reusable HTML template blocks. YachtInspect only
Team Management -- User roles in each app (Free/Basic, Standard, KeyUser), where members are managed, invitations by email or QR code, seat limits, and access to projects or vessels.
Settings & Company -- The Profile menu and where company settings live in each app, company branding, 2FA enforcement, AI usage limits, and seats.
