KPI Dashboard
The KPI Dashboard rolls every module up onto one screen: actions, inspections, incidents, risk assessments, assets, hazardous materials, permits, trainings and awards. Filter it to a project, a site, a department or a contractor, pick a period — every card follows. And when the management review comes, export the whole thing as a PDF.
Note
The KPI Dashboard is part of QuickInspect and included in every plan — Free users see it too, scoped to the projects they can access. Who may view it is adjustable per role in your company's feature access matrix.
Five numbers first
The dashboard opens with live summary cards: Compliance Score, Open Actions, Overdue Inspections, Open Incidents and Days Lost — each computed from the records inside your current filter, not from a stale snapshot.
Slice it your way
- Project — Key Users see all company projects; everyone else sees the projects they can access. Chips narrow the view to specific ones.
- Location — one tap on a site chip filters every card to that location.
- Department & contractor — cascading dropdowns filter by organisational subtree: pick a department and its sub-departments are included automatically.
- Time — 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, year-to-date (the default) or all time, plus a custom from–to range.
The dashboard respects your visibility scope: what rolls up is exactly what you are allowed to see, never more.
What's on the board
Actions — aging of open actions, overdue actions by priority, actions by status, and the average time to close.
Inspections — the inspection completion rate (completed on time vs. due), the compliance score trend from your compliance inspections, and the assets overdue for inspection.
Incidents — incidents by classification, monetary impact, injury distribution by body part, and a risk matrix heatmap of incident counts by severity and likelihood — actual and potential side by side.
Risk assessments — where your assessments stand across their statuses.
The other modules — a hazardous-materials summary, training compliance, permit-to-work KPIs with their own period and project filter, and the health of your HSE Awards recognition program.
Frequency rates your auditor recognises
The incident chart section plots monthly event counts per classification — and cumulative LTIR / TRIR frequency-rate curves computed from the worked hours your company records. The rate basis is configurable in your regulatory settings (per 1,000,000 hours EU-style, or per 200,000 hours OSHA-style), and if an active OH&S objective sets a target for a rate, the target draws as a reference line on the chart — the ISO 45001 §6.2 objective, visible right where the actual curve runs.
Take it with you
- PDF export — one tap produces the full dashboard as a paginated report, sections, charts and matrices included.
- ESRS S1 export — Key Users with full company visibility can export the ESRS S1-14 datapoints for CSRD reporting.
- API — the same rollup is available as
GET /v1/kpisfor your BI tooling, and worked hours can be pushed in from your ERP. See the API reference.
